Swire Properties will launch its premium residential development this fourth quarter of the year. Named after the quiet Star Street neighborhood, the 5 Star Street is conveniently located across the Three Pacific Place near Admiralty station. It is also near to a few major developments such as the new Central Government Complex at Tamar and the redevelopment of Tai Sang Commercial Building.
