really hot currently,” he states. “It’s got
waterfront properties where homeowners can literally
fish from their garden.” With 12 agents working in
his office, Chung stresses teamwork as the key to
success. “10 years ago, it was about making it on
your own. Now, we share information and work
together on big deals. We are friends outside of the
office. We go out for dinner. Last year, the whole
company even went on a trip together.”
